SALT LAKE CITY – The Hercules Salt Lake County High School Player of the Week is celebrating the best high school basketball players in Salt Lake County. Presented by Hercules First Federal Credit Union, each week we honor athletes for their exceptional performance on the hardwood. Our winners this week were were Munah Doe from Judge Memorial Catholic High School and Trey Nicolodemos from Juan Diego Catholic High School.
Salt Lake County Players of the Week – Munah Doe & Trey Nicolodemos
Munah Doe and the Bulldogs had a busy week, notching a 2-1 mark. In a 67-41 loss to American Fork she tallied 18 points, seven rebounds, three steals, two assists and one block. She followed it up with 20 points, seven rebounds, six steals and one assist in a 60-46 victory over Jordan. She capped the week with a 15-point, 10 rebound double-double along with tallying six steals in their 37-31 win over Cottonwood.
Trey Nicolodemos and the Soaring Eagle tallied two wins last week. In a 74-59 win over Park City, he went for 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. He followed it up with 32 points, nine rebounds, seven assists and six steals in an 81-69 victory over Jordan.
