How to watch Game Night Live: Herriman Mustangs at Mountain Ridge Sentinels

SALT LAKE CITY – Could Week 8 feature a potential Game of the Year candidate on Game Night Live?
Region 2 takes Game Night Live center stage on Friday, Oct. 2, when the Mountain Ridge Sentinels host the Herriman Mustangs. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. MT.

KSL Sports is the Utah High School Activities Association’s exclusive championship TV and streaming partner. Viewers can watch the game on their smart TV using the KSL+ app or on their mobile device using the KSL Sports app. Live games will also be streamed on the KSL Sports YouTube page.
Game Night Live will broadcast games every Thursday and Friday on KSL 5.3 (over the air and Comcast cable), as well as on KSLSports.com and the KSL Sports app, under an extended partnership with the Utah High School Activities Association. You can also tune in to our Friday night tailgate show live on KSL Sports Zone (1280 AM, 97.5 FM).
Week 4’s Thursday night game features the Timpview Thunderbirds traveling to face the Springville Red Devils. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. MT. The North Sanpete at Manti game will be tape-delayed on KSL 5.3.

Herriman Mustangs @ Mountain Ridge Sentinels
Herriman (6-1, 3-0 Region 2) enters the week hungry after suffering its first loss of the season in a 22-20 home loss to Lehi. The Mustangs are scoring 39.9 points per game and have eclipsed the 40-point barrier in all but two games.
Senior quarterback Bryson Sweeney has been more than serviceable, throwing for 170 yards per game and 13 touchdowns against two interceptions, but he takes a back seat to senior running back Filisi Filipe. Filipe has run for 1,240 yards and 20 touchdowns, and his 23 overall TDs are the second most in Utah.

Mountain Ridge (7-0, 3-0 Region 2) puts its undefeated record and Region 2 supremacy on the line against Herriman. The Sentinels have been unstoppable on offense and nearly impenetrable on defense. Mountain Ridge averages 48.1 points per game and allows 12.5 points per game.
Senior QB Jaxon Hunt is the star as he enters the game third in the country with 2,478 passing yards and is coming off a 481-yard, seven-touchdown performance in a 56-7 blowout of Riverton.
