Rudy Gobert Takes Photo With Pop Star Rihanna

PARIS, France – Just a week after meeting and taking a photo with one of the biggest soccer stars on the planet, Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert took another picture with one of the most famous singers in the world.
On his Instagram, Gobert posted a photo of himself posing with recording artist and international superstar Rihanna.
The photo was tagged as being taken in Paris. The two likely met while Rihanna was in the City of Lights to open her Fenty Beauty pop-up store in the city. Gobert has been in Paris to visit his native France for quite some time now that Utah’s season is over.
Last week, Gobert took a jersey-swap photo with Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
Rihanna has been intertwined with the sports world throughout her career. She has been seen courtside at several different arenas throughout the NBA, but has yet to appear at Vivint Smart Home Arena.
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid has famously declared his admiration for Rihanna on social media. While Embiid was picked ahead of Gobert on the All-NBA teams making the second team while Gobert was selected to the third team, Gobert can now hold his moment with Rihanna over Embiid’s head.
Knowing how active Gobert is on social media himself, it’s bound to happen.
