SALT LAKE CITY – Stepping into their third season in the NHL, the Utah Mammoth are scheduled to get two new sweaters in 2026-27.
But before the Mammoth take the ice at Rice Eccles Stadium in a brand-new Winter Classic look on December 31, every team in the National Hockey League will introduce a Hometown Remix jersey.

On Wednesday morning, Fanatics announced that all 32 teams will introduce a Hometown Remix uniform for the upcoming 2026-27 campaign.
“The Hometown Remix collection will be anchored by special edition uniforms that uniquely and authentically celebrates the fans, city, and local culture of each team,” the press release stated.
So, where does that leave the Mammoth? What might the jersey look like?
According to Icethetics, a reputable hockey content creation account, he predicts that the Utah Mammoth’s Hometown Remix sweater will be Mountain Blue.
But what about the logo on the front?
According to the same source, while he did not confirm the complete look, he did mention Utah’s alternate tusk logo as something he’d like to see.
“They obviously don’t have a ton of their own history to play with here, but they do have this incredible ‘U’ logo that I’d love to see on a uniform.”
“All I know is that it will be a very tusk centered design.”

As Icethetics pointed out, it would make a lot of sense for the Mammoth to introduce the ‘U’ logo on their Hometown Remix sweater as a fresh new look while paying tribute to the state with the incorporation of the tusk.
With that in mind, another alternate logo that would look great on a Utah sweater now or in the future would be the complete Mammoth emblem although it’s probably safe to assume that the ‘U’ logo would be introduced first.

According to a source, the Hometown Remix sweaters are scheduled to roll out in mid-November.
