Utah County High School Basketball Players of the Week – Week 12

SALT LAKE CITY—The Mr. Mac Utah County High School Player of the Week is awarded each week to the top prep boys’ and girls’ basketball players in Utah County. Sponsored by Mr. Mac, it honors athletes for their on-court performances and exceptional play. Our winners for week 12 were Payson’s Legend Reynoso and Spanish Fork’s Eden Erickson.

Utah County Players of the Week – Week 12

Erickson led the Dons to the quarterfinals with upset wins over Woods Cross and Clearfield. Spanish Fork won just three regular season games but anything is possible once the playoffs roll around.

Reynoso helped the Lions defeat Pine View, Hurricane, and Green Canyon en route to a state championship.

Player of the Week Selection

The selection committee for the Mr. Mac Utah County Basketball Players of the Week consists of Jeremiah Jensen and Sam Farnsworth from KSL Sports Live, Dane Stewart from KSL Sports Rewind, and Jake Hatch.
