Corner Canyon took an early 14-0 lead over the Cavemen.

American Fork responded with a 34-yard run by Jackson Gregory to cut the Charger lead to seven.

The Chargers answered right back to push the lead back to 14 points.

A couple of minutes later, Hagen led Corner Canyon down the field with 23 seconds left in the half to give the Chargers a 28-7 advantage at the break.

Corner Canyon tacked on two more touchdowns in the third quarter to push the scoreboard to 42-7.

Devin Downing had an impressive reach for the second Cavemen touchdown of the game. Unfortunately for American Fork, it was a little too late and the Chargers’ large lead was too much to overcome.

Hagen ended the game throwing 24-36 for 349 yards including a big 49-yard throw that set up a Corner Canyon TD. Hagen found three receivers for more than 70 yards each.

Hagen found his brother Cody for 8 times for 74 yards. Talmage Handley posted 5 catches for 102 yards.

Noah Kjar led the receivers in scoring with 6 receptions for 91 yards and 3 touchdowns.

American Fork QB Maddux Madsen struggled in the defeat. He was 16/33 for 146 yards and a touchdown as well as 4 interceptions.

Gregory finished the game with 24 carries for 146 yards and a touchdown.

American Fork finished the season 10-5 with the loss.

The No. 7 nationally-ranked Chargers finished the season 14-0 and undefeated for the second year in a row.
