Buffalo Bills Select Utah RB Zack Moss In Third Round, 86th Overall Pick In 2020 NFL Draft

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Buffalo Bills picked former Utah running back Zack Moss in the third round, 86th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Moss was the 3rd Utah player to be selected in the Draft.
The school’s all-time leading rusher is headed to Buffalo to join a offense that had a 10-6 record in 2019.
Zack Moss’ Collegiate Career
The Hialeah Gardens, Florida native had a very successful career at Utah. His freshman season in 2016, Moss played in 10 games with three starts while getting 382 yards and two touchdowns.
Moss’ sophomore season in 2017 saw him play in 13 games with 12 starts. He racked up 1,173 yards and 10 touchdowns.
In 2018, Moss was named second team All-Pac-12 after rushing for 1,096 yards and 11 touchdowns. He missed the last five games of the season including the Pac-12 Championship and the Holiday Bowl after suffering a season-ending knee injury.
Last season in 2019 as a senior, Moss ran for 1,416 yards, and 15 touchdowns, leading the Pac-12 in both categories. Moss was named an All-American and was awarded the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year.
Moss broke the school record for most career rushing yards, touchdowns, carries and many other records.

He measured the following at the NFL Scouting Combine:
Height: 5’9
Weight: 223 lbs.
Arms: 31 1/4″
Hands: 9 1/4″
At the Combine, Moss recorded the following results:
40-yard Dash: 4.65 seconds
Bench Press: 19 reps
Vertical Jump: 33 inches
20-Yard Shuttle: 4.37 seconds
Moss tweaked his hamstring during the Combine but posted better results at his own pro day.
