SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Lisa Wilson, Zach Wilson’s mother, trended on social media following her son’s selection by the New York Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Zach was selected with the No. 2 overall pick during the first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday, April 29.
The former BYU QB was accompanied to the draft by his parents, Mike and Lisa.
After Wilson’s selection, the quarterback’s mother became a trending topic on social media.
