Jordan Clarkson Drills Four 3-Pointers In First Half Against Pelicans

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson got off to a hot start in the first half against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The veteran guard made four of his six attempts from beyond the arc in his first 12 minutes on the floor.
The first triple came towards the end of the first quarter to tie the game at 30 with 1:34 left in the opening period. The second one was made early in the second quarter with 11:28 left to trim the Pelicans’ lead to one point.
Nearly four minutes later, Clarkson made his third shot from downtown to put the Jazz within three points. One minute later, Clarkson drilled his fourth shot from beyond the arc to put the Jazz up by two points.

Clarkson was acquired last month from the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for Dante Exum and two future second round picks. In 13 games with the Jazz, Clarkson is averaging 13 points and shooting 37 percent from the three-point line.
On Sunday, former Jazzman Dante Exum scored a career-high 28 points for the Cavaliers.
