Zack Moss Tweaks Hamstring During NFL Combine Workout

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Former Utah Utes running back Zack Moss tweaked his hamstring during one of the drills at the NFL Scouting Combine.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Moss tweaked his hamstring during his vertical jump at the Combine.
The former Ute went on to run his 40-yard dash where he had a 4.72 time which wasn’t ideal for the speed that Moss demonstrated throughout his legendary career at Utah. His unofficial 40-yard dash time was 4.70.
Moss also participated in on-field drills at the Combine.
Utah RB Zack Moss tweaked his hamstring during his vertical jump but decided to push through the 40 and drills anyway tonight. Moss will run again at his Pro Day on March 26th.

He will have a chance to get his hamstring back to full strength and run the 40 at Utah’s Pro Day which is scheduled for March 26th at the Utah football practice facility.
Moss has already told the media that he met with the Kansas City Chiefs at the Combine among other teams.

A legendary career at Utah for Moss ended with 712 carries for 4,067 yards and 38 touchdowns on the ground in 45 games. He added 66 receptions for 685 yards and 3 touchdowns out of the backfield. Moss led Utah to back-to-back Pac-12 South titles in 2018 and 2019.
