BYU Football Honored Four Underclassmen During Senior Day 2025

PROVO, Utah – BYU football is preparing to host the UCF Knights on Senior Day at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

It will be the final home game of the 2025 regular season at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

At the beginning of the week, BYU announced the 18 seniors who would be recognized during Senior Day festivities.

On the day of the BYU/UCF game, BYU announced another four players who would be recognized on Senior Day. All four of the players added to the list are underclassmen.

Those four players include linebacker Isaiah Glasker, running back LJ Martin, defensive tackle Keanu Tanuvasa, and punter Sam Vander Haar.

In the case of Glasker, Martin, and Tanuvasa, all three are viewed as potential NFL draft prospects in the upcoming draft.

Martin was getting praise from NFL draft analyst Todd McShay earlier this week as a top-five running back in the 2026 draft class, if he declared early.

Still, all four of these players have eligibility remaining if they wish to run it back for another season at BYU in 2026.

Since the 2020 COVID season, it has been common for players to walk on Senior Day while still having eligibility left in their collegiate careers. Last year, BYU wide receiver Chase Roberts participated in senior day before officially announcing he would return this season.

No. 11 BYU football will face the UCF Knights at 11 a.m. (MST) on ESPN2 and KSL NewsRadio.

Next week, BYU will face the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the Big 12 Football Championship Game in Arlington, Texas.
