SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Real Salt Lake’s under 15 Academy side has won the MLS Next under-15 bracket after they defeated Philadelphia Union’s under-15 Academy side 2-0.

The MLS Next tournament is designed to further progress the development of the next generation of MLS stars. Every year, the countries best soccer prospects gather to contend for MLS Next glory.

RSL scored the opening goal of the game in the first half and doubled their lead early in the second half from a corner kick in the 65th minute.

The final was held at Toyota Stadium, home of FC Dallas in Texas.
