Real Salt Lake Sets Preseason Training Schedule

SANDY, Utah – Real Salt Lake will gear up for its 2019 season with a full slate of activities in the preseason.

The team’s training camp will take place in four different locations prior to kicking off the season on March 2^nd at Houston.

After beginning camp in Herriman at the Zions Bank Real Academy on Jan. 21^st, the club will head to Los Angeles until the 26^th.

Following the return from California, the team will return to the Academy until Feb. 4^th.

After that, the team will play for the first time in Hawaii as part of the Pacific Rim Cup.

Coming back from Hawaii, RSL will spend nearly two weeks in Tucson, Arizona to play preseason games against the New York Red Bulls, FC Dallas and Portland Timbers as well as Phoenix Rising FC from the USL.

Last season, RSL advanced to the playoffs thanks to some help from a Houston win over the LA Galaxy on Decision Day. RSL won its knockout round game against LAFC before falling to Sporting KC in a two-game series.
