SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz played unselfish basketball that resulted in a wide-open three-pointer during the first quarter against the San Antonio Spurs.

The Jazz hosted the Spurs at Vivint Arena on Wednesday, May 5.
With 18.6 second to go in the opening quarter, the Jazz swung the ball around until they found an open man. Utah’s Georges Niang was that open man.
The Jazz forward received a behind-the back pass from Jordan Clarkson before rising up from the left angle for a triple.

Niang’s three extended Utah’s lead to 38-26.
The Jazz took that margin into the second quarter.
At the end of the first quarter, the Jazz had four assists on 16 made field goals.
Utah ended the quarter shooting nearly 70 percent overall and 50 percent from beyond the arc.

Niang had six points on 2-2 field goals.
Bojan Bogdanovic led the Jazz with 14 points.
