Utah Jazz Rule Out Mike Conley Against Orlando Magic For Hamstring Injury Management

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz ruled out guard Mike Conley from playing in the team’s upcoming game against the Orlando Magic due to right hamstring injury management.
The Magic are slated to host the Jazz on Saturday, February 27.
After playing against the Miami Heat a day earlier, the Jazz will rest Conley on the second game of a back-to-back.

Conley first suffered right hamstring tightness during Utah’s win over the Charlotte Hornets on February 5.

The guard missed six consecutive games in February after suffering the hamstring injury against Charlotte.
Since those six games, Conley has played in four straight contests.

This season’s injury was not Conley’s first hamstring issue while a member of the Jazz.
Mike Conley's hamstring injury is scary because he missed 19 games last year with a hamstring injury.

Last season, the guard missed five games with a hamstring injury on his other leg. After returning for one game, Conley missed another 14 contests before returning to the lineup.

The Jazz will face the Magic after dropping a game to the Heat on February 26.
It was Utah’s second loss in the month of February.
