BROOKLYN — For the first time this season, the Utah Jazz have opened a win streak after defeating the Brooklyn Nets in Barclays Center, 123-110.
The game was tightly contested up until the fourth quarter, where the Jazz outscored the Nets in the final frame by 22 points. Lauri Markkanen and Keyonte George led the way for Utah with 30 and 29 points, respectively.
It was just the second win away from the Delta Center this season. There aren’t many road trips left before the new year for the Jazz. Seven of the next 11 games before 2026 come at home.

Very impressive pass from Ace to Keyonte in the corner there.
His vision still shocks me after not seeing a lot of that at Rutgers.

After one, the @utahjazz trail the @BrooklynNets 29-20.
Lauri Markkanen has 8 points to lead the Jazz, who are shooting just 8-20 from the floor. #TakeNote pic.twitter.com/VJMDkJxsiZ

Second Quarter
Lauri Markkanen is showing off his ability to get around a defender and finish on top of the rim.
Have to think, even if Walker Kessler is a long-term piece in Utah, the Jazz would benefit from having more five-out looks like they’re showing tonight.

Today is a prime example of games I don’t think we’ve seen from Keyonte George in the past.
He’s struggling from the field (3/10), but still has 15p, 5r, 4a, and just one turnover.
Whether the shot is falling is no longer the determining factor for a good or bad Key game.

Great pass from Lauri Markkanen to find Keyonte George for a potential 4 point play.
Those two developing two-way chemistry would be helpful.

Beating the Nets isn’t all that impressive, but this did feel like a game where the Jazz began to figure out where they could get their shots as the night went on, then just went back to it over and over to pull away.
Feels like every shot has been wide open in the fourth.
