Social Media Sounds Off After BYU Defeats Iowa State In Big 12 Tournament

BYU basketball continues to stack up good days.
On Thursday, the No. 17 BYU Cougars had themselves a day by hitting a Big 12 Tournament record 18 three-pointers to take down No. 12 Iowa State 96-92 in the Quarterfinals of the Big 12 Conference Tournament.
The Big 12’s Most Improved Player Award winner, Richie Saunders, scored 23 points and dished out five assists.
BYU had six different players hit at least two 3-pointers in the win.
The Cougars have now won nine consecutive games and nearly half of those victories (four) have come against AP Top 25 opponents.
BYU’s four consecutive wins over Top 25 opponents is the longest streak for the program since 1951.

This BYU team is just awesome. So many scoring options, they play together super well and are top ten in Torvik’s rankings since Feb. 1.
