PROVO, Utah – The BYU Cougars get linebacker Jack Kelly back after a one-week absence, but will be without starting safety Raider Damuni for tonight’s Holy Way matchup.
BYU released its final availability report 90 minutes before kickoff against the Utes.
No. 15 BYU hosts No. 23 Utah at LaVell Edwards Stadium in a rivalry week showdown on Saturday, October 18.

BYU football players “OUT” for Saturday’s game against No. 23 Utah
- WR Jojo Phillips
- S Tommy Prassas
- RB Sione Moa
- CB Marcus McKenzie
- LB Choe Bryant-Strother
- Raider Damuni
The Cougars will miss safeties Damuni and Tommy Prassas, giving sophomore Faletau Satuala a chance to start alongside Tanner Wall.
BYU’s options at NICKEL include San Diego State transfer Tayvion Beasley, sophomore Jonathan Kabeya, and true freshman Cannon DeVries.
Reserve options at safety include veteran senior Talan Alfrey and redshirt freshman Matthias Leach.
