Utah State enters the final week of the regular season in fourth place in the Mountain West. The Aggies hold an identical 22-7 record to second-place Boise State and third-place Nevada, but trail both teams by a game in the conference loss column.

UNLV Runnin’ Rebels – 7th in Mountain West

Kevin Kruger leads UNLV in his second season with the program. The Rebels finished 2022 with an 18-14 record. UNLV squeaked past Air Force 54-53 in their last game to snap a three-game losing streak. EJ Harkless was the only player to score in double-figures, finishing with 23 points in the win.

The third-highest scoring team in the league, and just behind Utah State’s 78.4 points per game, the Rebels score 74.5 points per game while allowing 68.8. Their 5.8 points per game scoring margin is sixth in the Mountain West, squarely in the middle of the league.
