Utah True Freshman Ryan Peppins Enters Transfer Portal

SALT LAKE CITY- Alabama Gatorade Player of the Year and 2022 Utah signee Ryan Peppins hit the NCAA transfer portal as of Friday.
Peppins joined the Utes as an early enrollee, but had been missing from practice for a while due to “personal reasons”. He is the first in Utah’s 2022 class to transfer, and one of the first 2022 signees across the country to leave their chosen school.

Utah was excited about Peppins’ potential at wide receiver. Peppins played multiple sports aside from football in high school including basketball and track. The 5’8″ and 168 pound receiver displayed all around great athleticism which made him a prize in the Utes’ 2022 signing class.
