Seahawks CB Tre Flowers Visits Utah Elementary School

SPANISH FORK, Utah – Elementary school students at Canyon Elementary were thrilled to host an NFL player at an assembly Wednesday afternoon.
Seattle Seahawks cornerback Tre Flowers visited the school as a reward for the students’ outstanding participation in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program, which is supported by the Dairy West farm companies to promote youth health and wellness.
Flowers, who was drafted by the Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft and registered 67 tackles as a rookie, spoke to the students about the importance of staying healthy at a young age.

The Seahawks’ 2019 season begins on Aug. 8 with a preseason home game against the Denver Broncos. Seattle made waves with Utah sports fans by drafting former Utah Utes Marquise Blair and Cody Barton in the 2019 NFL Draft.
