Ridgeline’s Emilee Skinner Balls Out At McDonald’s All-American Game

BROOKLYN – Ridgeline’s own Emilee Skinner was invited to the McDonald’s All-American game and hooped with the best high school ballers in the country at Barclays Center last week.
In a big win for the West team, Skinner posted eight points, five rebounds, seven assists, and three steals.

Skinner also had what was probably the highlight of the game, a perfectly placed behind-the-back pass on a fastbreak early in the first quarter.
Soon To Be Blue Devil: About Ridgeline’s Emilee Skinner
In her senior season with the Riverhawks, Skinner averaged an eye-popping 26.3 points, 10.2 rebounds, 5 assists, 3.8 steals, and 1.5 blocks.
Ridgeline Girls Basketball finished the season with a perfect 28-0 record and was ranked as the best team in Utah and the 11th best team in the country.
Much of this success is owed to Skinner, who announced her commitment to Duke University late last year. 247 Sports ranks Skinner as the No. 1 recruit from Utah, the No. 2 shooting guard in the country, and the 10th best overall prospect.

Skinner was also a member of the 2024 USA Women’s U17 National Team. She won gold with the United States at the FIBA U17 World Cup. Skinner averaged 6.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists as the U.S. went undefeated.
Up next for the Utah native will be her collegiate career. She joins a Duke Blue Devils team that went 29-8 and ended the year ranked 7th in the AP Poll.
