Snow storm gives drivers rusty refresher course for Cottonwood Canyons traction law

Utah just got enough snow, to activate the traction law up the Cottonwood Canyons. That means some drivers who haven't been up there in while got a refresher course on what's required for their car. You could tell a few drivers were a little surprised to see it.
