Report: Utah Jazz Receive Eric Paschall In Trade With Golden State Warriors

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz traded a second-round pick to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for forward Eric Paschall, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The NBA insider reported the deal on Wednesday, August 4.

Utah sent a protected second-round pick to Golden State for the Villanova product. Anthony Slater of The Athletic reported that the Warriors received a Memphis Grizzlies 2026 second-round pick that is top-42 protected from the Jazz.

Paschall is a childhood friend of Jazz star Donovan Mitchell.

Following Wojnarowski’s report, Paschall tweeted about leaving the Warriors.

After the reported trade, Mitchell also commented on the trade.

The Warriors drafted the Dobbs Ferry, New York native during the second round of the 2019 NBA Draft.

Paschall owns career averages of 12.2 points per game on 49.7 percent shooting, including 30.1 percent on three-pointers.

He also recorded 4.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.2 blocks, and 0.4 steals per contest.

Paschall played in 100 games for Golden State, including 28 starts. He averaged 23.5 minutes on the court each game.

Last season, the forward put up 9.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game.
