KSL Sports Bracket Of Movies: #5 The Natural vs. #28 Victory

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – sports.ksl.com’s Bracket of Movies continues with a matchup of the 5 and 28 seeds.
The fifth seed in the tournament stars Robert Redford in The Natural. The film, which debuted in 1984, follows the career of a great ballplayer with natural playing ability. The movie is most famous for its dramatic climax, when Redford’s character, Roy Hobbs, hits a powerful homerun off the outfield lights at the stadium to help his team win the pennant.
Victory, also known as Escape to Victory, is a star-studded soccer drama about a group of Allied prisoners of war who are forced to play an exhibition match against a German team. In the 1981 movie, Sylvester Stallone and Michael Caine lead the group of prisoners into match which ultimately becomes a vehicle for the prisoners to escape from the prison camp.
