Former BYU, Saints QB Taysom Hill Announces Birth Of Son Beau

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – New Orleans Saints quarterback Taysom Hill announced the birth of his son on Instagram Saturday. The former BYU star sent a series of photos of his son, Beau Nixon Hill, being held by Hill and his wife Emily.
“Words cannot describe the love and gratitude Emily and I are feeling right now,” Hill captioned the photos. “So proud of my wife for all the sacrifices she has made and continues to make and how well she did in delivery. Finally, happy birthday to my little man, Beau Nixon Hill! We love you!!”
Taysom and Beau nearly share a birthday, Taysom’s celebrates his 30th birthday on August 23.
The Saints do it all phenom has shared several photos on Instagram as he and his wife prepared or the arrival of their son.
Two weeks ago, Hill said he built his son’s crib as a rite of passage after a day of practice with New Orleans.
“Came home from training camp today and completed the first rite of passage as a dad!” Hill wrote. “The crib is ready to go, and the countdown is on. Can’t wait to meet our little guy and see @emilynixonhill be a mom!”
Beau is the family’s first child. Hill signed a $21 million contract extension with the Saints this offseason. Emily and son Beau will have a chance to root on Taysom and the Saints when they open their regular season on September 13 against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
