US Men’s Hockey Watch Party In Downtown Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY – Salt Lake City will host a U.S. men’s hockey watch party at the City and County Building on Sunday as it faces Team Canada in the Olympic gold medal game.
Team USA advanced to the 2026 final Friday with a dominant 6-2 win over Slovakia.

Hockey Watch Party at the City and County Building
The U.S. men’s Olympic hockey final begins at 6:10 a.m. MST on Sunday, Feb. 22.
Fans can watch the game with other locals outside the City and County Building at 450 S. 200 East in downtown Salt Lake City. Attendance is free.
Baby’s Bagels will serve bagels and coffee on site. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and mugs for the highly anticipated matchup.

Canada reached the gold medal game with a 3-2 comeback win over Finland on Friday.
Team USA last won gold in 1980, when it defeated Finland after the “miracle on ice” semifinal victory over the Soviet Union. Canada most recently beat the U.S. in an Olympic final in 2010 in Vancouver.
