SALT LAKE CITY – The third-ranked Corner Canyon Chargers got a nice bounce-back win after defeating the sixth-ranked Bingham Miners 38-28.

Corner Canyon held a three-point lead at the end of the first before scoring 21 unanswered in the second quarter. That was the difference in the game as the Miners outscored Corner Canyon 21-7 in the second half but it wasn’t enough to complete the comeback. Isaac Wilson threw three touchdown passes for the Chargers, finding Tate Kjar, Jackson Ames and Quinn Hale. Drew Patterson added two rushing touchdowns. For Bingham, Dallen Martinez rushed for two scores, while Carson Sudbury and Havea Fotu each had one TD on the ground.

Corner Canyon gets a convincing win after falling to Bishop Gorman last week.

Here are all of the results in the 6A classification from the third week of the 2022 high school football season.
