Game Night Live Playoffs Week 1: Viewmont Vikings at West Field Longhorns
SALT LAKE CITY – The UHSAA football regular season is over, opening the door for playoff season across the great state of Utah.
Game Night Live will be in Ogden as the Viewmont Vikings look to extend their season against the host West Field Longhorns on Friday, October 24. Kickoff is at 6 p.m. MT.

Game Night Live Playoffs: Week One
Viewmont Vikings @ West Field Longhorns
Viewmont (4-6, 0-5 Region 6) snuck into the playoffs despite a five-game losing streak to end the season. The Vikings have a point differential of -10, but have a chance to make noise in the playoffs.
Senior QB Jack Savage threw 27 touchdown passes while piloting the offense. Senior WR Jayson Dunro averaged 112.8 receiving yards per game and caught ten TDs. Senior RB Benji Tolman scored 11 times while averaging 93 rushing yards per contest. Junior linebacker Rayden David led the defense with eight tackles per game, and senior defensive end Cooper Willoughby recorded six sacks.
West Field (6-4, 3-3 Region 5) ended the year on a two-game losing streak, finishing fifth in Region 5. The Longhorns look to extend the season by defending their 4-1 home field advantage in 2025.
Sophomore QB Easton Eilerston completed 53.6 percent of his passes for 2,707 yards and 33 touchdowns. Junior wideout Gavin Ortega piled up 108.6 receiving yards, followed by 71.6 yards per game from senior Jaden Flowers. The receiving duo combined for 23 touchdowns. Senior linebacker averaged better than seven tackles per game, while senior defensive tackle Isaiah Rodrigues had four sacks.
Kickoff for the Game Night Live Game of the Week between Viewmont and West Field is scheduled for 6 p.m. MT. Kickoff time is subject to change. The game will be broadcast on sports.ksl.com and the KSL Sports app.
