Cleveland Browns Wide Receiver/Returner JoJo Natson Ruled Out For Rest Of Season With Injury

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski announced the former Utah State wide receiver JoJo Natson would be out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
On Monday, September 28, the Browns coach said that Natson tore his ACL during the team’s 34-20 win over the Washington Football Team a day earlier.
“JoJo Natson unfortunately suffered a ACL there. So he’s out for the season. So disappointing for him. He will go to IR,” Stefanski said during a press conference.

Natson’s injury came during Cleveland’s week three win, which was his third game as a member of the Browns. With the win, the Browns improved to 2-1 on the season.
In three games this season, the former Aggie recorded one carry for three yards, three punt returns for 25 yards, and one kick return for 31 yards.

Natson joined the Browns during the off-season after spending the first three seasons of his NFL career with the New York Jets and Los Angeles Rams.

Prior to his time in the NFL, Natson played at Utah State from 2012-14 before transferring to play for Akron in 2016.
After his college career, he signed as an undrafted free agent with the Indianapolis Colts before getting waived and picked up by the Jets prior to the start of his rookie campaign.
