Jets QB Zach Wilson Tosses Two-Point Conversion During London Game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson completed a throw for a two-point conversion during a London game against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Jets and Falcons played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Sunday, October 10.
Atlanta defeated New York, 27-20.
With 6:55 remaining in the fourth quarter, Jets running back Michael Carter scored on a two-yard run to cut Atlanta’s lead to 20-15.
Looking to cut the deficit to three points, the Jets decided to go for two rather than kick a PAT.
Wilson connected with Jamison Crowder to complete the two-point try and make it a 20-17 game.

Unfortunately for Wilson and the Jets, the Falcons scored a touchdown on their next possession to make it a two-score game.
New York kicked a field goal during the final minute of play to make it 27-20. The Jets were unable to recover an onside kick and the Falcons came away with the overseas victory.

Wilson finished the game 19/32 passing for 192 yards and one interception. He carried the ball once for three yards and was sacked twice.
With the loss, the Jets fell to a 1-4 record this season.
The Jets have a bye week in Week 6.
New York’s next game is on the road against the New England Patriots on Sunday, October 24 at 11 a.m. (MDT). The game will be televised on CBS.
