SALT LAKE CITY – The 18th week of the 2025 NFL season is officially wrapped up! Players with local ties made their mark all over the league in week 18.
Every local NFL player who recorded a stat, with the top performances highlighted, or helped their team pick up a win can be found in our weekly roundup.
The 2025 NFL Wild Card playoff round begins on Saturday, January 10.

Top Local NFL Performances
- Former Roy & Corner Canyon QB Jaxson Dart completed 22/32 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns. He also scrambled five times for 32 yards.
- Former BYU WR Puka Nacua had 100 scrimmage yards on 10 catches and two carries, and pulled down his 10th receiving touchdown of the season.

- Former Weber State WR Rashid Shaheed caught one pass for two yards against the 49ers on Saturday. He also returned one kick for 34 yards, and two punts for 30 yards.
- Former BYU QB Taysom Hill caught three passes for 32 yards in week 18 against the Falcons.
- Former BYU RB Tyler Allgeier took seven carries for 16 yards and caught one pass for three yards against New Orleans.
- Judge Memorial High LB Kaden Elliss posted six total tackles (two solo) and a pass breakup to close the season.
- Former Utah LB Mohamoud Diabate recorded seven total tackles (one solo) against Cincinnati.
- Former BYU RB Chris Brooks had 13 carries for 61 yards in week 18.
- Former Utah LB Cody Barton recorded four total tackles (one solo) against the Jaguars.
- Former Utah LB Devin Lloyd had five tackles (two solo) and one tackle for loss in Jacksonville’s blowout win to close the season.
- Former Utah WR Tim Patrick had one catch for four yards in week 18.

- Former Utah TE Dalton Kincaid caught three passes for 48 yards against the Jets.
- Former Utah State WR Jalen Royals caught two passes for four yards in week 18.
- Kearns High standout LB Jeffrey Bassa recorded two tackles against the Raiders on Sunday.
- Former Utah two-way star Sione Vaki posted one tackle against the Bears.
- Former Utah WR Britain Covey returned two punts for 20 yards, and also grabbed two receptions for 20 yards, against the Commanders in week 18.
- Former Utah State LB Bobby Wagner recorded five total tackles (one solo) on Sunday.
- Former Utah LB Jonah Elliss posted two tackles against Los Angeles in week 18.
- Orem High alum Alohi Gilman posted eight total tackles (six solo), one tackle for loss, and one pass breakup on Sunday Night Football.
- Former BYU LB Kyle Van Noy recorded two total tackles (one solo) in Baltimore’s loss to Pittsburgh.
- East High RB Jaylen Warren had 99 scrimmage yards on 14 carries and five receptions against Baltimore on SNF.

Secured The Win
- Desert Hills High star offensive lineman Penei Sewell and the Detroit Lions ended the year strong with a 19-16 win over the Chicago Bears in week 18.
- Corner Canyon High offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson and the Raiders picked up their third win of the season in week 18 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
- Former Utah offensive lineman Garett Bolles and the Denver Broncos secured the No. 1 seed in the AFC with a win over the Chargers on Sunday.
