Jazz Center Rudy Gobert Completes Three-Point Play After Dunk, Foul By Paul George

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz center Rudy Gobert completed a three-point play after getting fouled while dunking on Paul George during Utah’s playoff game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Jazz hosted the Clippers at Vivint Arena for Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals on Thursday, June 10.
With 4:52 left in the fourth quarter, Gobert went up for a jam while getting hit by George.
Gobert completed the dunk and went to the free throw line for one shot.
The center his the foul shot and gave the Jazz a 107-103 lead.

Gobert’s three-point play was huge for Utah.
The Jazz had recently given the Clippers their first lead of the contest, 101-99.
Gobert and the Jazz went on to win, 117-111.
The three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year finished the contest with a massive double-double. Gobert had 13 points on 4-5 field goals. He added 20 rebounds, two steals, and three blocks. Gobert posted a plus-14 rating in 36 minutes of action.
With the win, the Jazz took a 2-0 series lead.

Game 3 between the Jazz and Clippers is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 12. The contest will tip-off at 6:30 p.m. (MDT) on ABC.
