Jazz Fan Appreciation Night To Feature ’90s Cult Rapper

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz will host Jazz fan appreciation night on Friday when they face the Memphis Grizzlies for the final home game of the 2025-26 season.
The Jazz season will officially come to an end on the road on Sunday when they travel to face the Los Angeles Lakers.
Sunday’s finale marks the fourth consecutive season the team has failed to qualify for the playoffs.
Jazz Fan Appreciation Night features big discounts for gear
The Jazz will open the Delta Center doors to their fans beginning at 6 pm, with a variety of games and activities, including face painting, balloon artists, and a Jazz-themed bracelet-making station on the main concourse.

Fans will also see a sharp discount on team gear, which will be marked at 50 percent off inside the Team Store at the arena, excluding customized Nike jerseys.
Beginning May 1 and running through May 8, fans can bid on exclusive memorabilia like signed basketballs and jerseys. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the SEG Foundation,
Cult ’90s rapper to perform at halftime of Jazz home finale
In addition to Friday’s festivities, rapper Skee-Lo will be performing at halftime of the game between the Jazz and Grizzlies.

The Grammy-nominated artist is best known for the song “I Wish,” which reached the 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 list in the summer of 1995.
Skee-Lo’s last studio album, “Fresh Ideas,” was released in 2012.
