Kansas State at Kansas

  • Saturday, October 25, 2025
  • Kickoff: 10 a.m. (MT)/11 a.m. (CT)
  • TV: TNT

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: Kansas State
  • Mitch Harper: Kansas State

Kansas State has the mental edge in this rivalry; I don’t trust Kansas to execute under pressure. -Bartle

K-State has won 16 in a row in this series. If they lose this game, this season becomes a definite failure. They avoid that heartbreak with a win in Lawrence. -Harper

No. 11 BYU at Iowa State

  • Saturday, October 25
  • Kickoff: 1:30 p.m. (MT)/2:30 p.m. (CT)
  • TV: FOX
  • Radio: KSL NewsRadio (102.7 FM, 1160 AM)

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: Iowa State
  • Mitch Harper: BYU

Iowa State has the home crowd behind it and will exploit that. It’s a bounce-back for the Cyclones. -Bartle

These are two of the winningest programs in college football since the start of the 2024 season. It should be a great game, but BYU’s ground attack, which is one of the best in the country, wins the day. -Harper

Oklahoma State at No. 14 Texas Tech

  • Saturday, October 25
  • Kickoff: 2 p.m. (MT)/3 p.m. (CT)
  • TV: ESPNU

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: Texas Tech
  • Mitch Harper: Texas Tech

Oklahoma State is in real trouble; Texas Tech has too much firepower. Tech will dominate. -Bartle

I’m picking anyone who plays Oklahoma State this year. Tech cruises with Will Hammond reportedly as QB1. -Harper

Baylor at No. 21 Cincinnati

  • Saturday, October 25
  • Kickoff: 2 p.m. (MT)/4 p.m. (ET)
  • TV: ESPN2

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: Cincinnati
  • Mitch Harper: Baylor

Both offenses are clicking; I give Cincinnati the edge at home but anticipate a high-scoring affair. -Bartle

We need some Big 12 chaos, right? This is the spot. Baylor wins this shootout in Nippert Stadium. -Harper

TCU at West Virginia

  • Saturday, October 25
  • Kickoff: 4 p.m. (MT)/6 p.m. (ET)
  • TV: ESPN+

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: TCU
  • Mitch Harper: TCU

TCU should handle business on the road. -Bartle

The Horned Frogs roll. -Harper

Houston at No. 24 Arizona State

  • Saturday, October 25
  • Kickoff: 6 p.m. (MT)
  • TV: ESPN2

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: Arizona State
  • Mitch Harper: Arizona State

ASU has home-field but Houston is underrated and this is certainly on upset radar though, given what last week’s win required. -Bartle

Arizona State is banged up, especially without star wide receiver Jordyn Tyson. But look, Kenny Dillingham doesn’t make excuses in the Valley. Don’t be surprised if the Sun Devils win comfortably in this game. -Harper

Colorado at Utah

  • Saturday, October 25
  • Kickoff: 8:15 p.m. (MT)
  • TV: ESPN

Insider Predictions

  • Steve Bartle: Utah
  • Mitch Harper: Utah

Utah gets the victory, but Colorado keeps it tight, and the crowd makes a difference in an emotional bounce-back. -Bartle

Could this be a letdown spot after another rivalry loss? Being at home helps prevent that, regardless of who lines up at quarterback for the Utes. -Harper
