Zack Moss Breaks Fourth School Record In Utah’s Big Win Over Washington

SEATTLE, Wash. – University of Utah star running back Zack Moss broke his fourth record in school history when he found the end zone for the second time in the Utes’ 33-28 win over the Washington Huskies.
With 11:18 left in the fourth quarter, Moss ran in a two-yard touchdown, giving him his 36th career touchdown (total), passing Eddie Johnson, who had 35 total touchdowns in his career.
It’s the third consecutive week that Moss has broken at least one school record. In Utah’s 21-3 win over Arizona State, Moss passed Johnson for the most career rushing yards in school history.

Last week in their 35-0 shutout win over California, the senior tailback broke two records. The first one was the most career rushing touchdowns in Utah football history, passing Del Rodgers, who had 31. He also rushed for 100-yards in a game for the 15th time in his career, passing a three-way tie with Devontae Booker and John White for the most career 100-yard rushing games in school history.
Moss had 100 rushing yards on 27 carries and one touchdown in Utah’s massive win over the Washington Huskies, while catching five passing for 41 yards and one touchdown.
Utah will have a bye this next week before returning home on Saturday, November 16 against the UCLA Bruins. Game time and broadcast information will be announced on Monday.
