Corner Canyon QB Isaac Wilson Earns Top 100 Recruit Ranking

DRAPER, Utah – Corner Canyon quarterback Isaac Wilson is a name to keep an eye on for the class of 2024.
The younger brother to New York Jets starter and former BYU great Zach Wilson is already getting more recruiting clout than his older brother ever received. Isaac was ranked by 247Sports as the No. 59 overall recruit nationally in the class of 2024.

The 5-foot-11, 166-pound Wilson is the fifth highest-rated quarterback in the country by 247Sports’ rankings.
Isaac Wilson received his first scholarship offer from BYU this past winter. But he didn’t find out until May, as his dad, Mike Wilson, wanted to wait “until the time was right.”

This summer is where the younger Wilson’s recruiting stardom started to take flight on the recruiting trail. Wilson dazzled on the 7-on-7 circuit leading his Level Up Elites Pink Outlaws squad, displaying great arm strength and accuracy.
He earned QB MVP honors at BYU’s Summer Camp, an honor given out by BYU head coach Kalani Sitake and offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick. The youngest Wilson boy also competed at the Elite 11.

In just his sophomore season, Wilson is currently the backup at Corner Canyon to four-star recruit and USC commit Devin Brown. Coming off the bench last week in relief of Brown, the sophomore Wilson was 6-of-6 for 120 yards and a touchdown. His first pass of the game was a 55-yard touchdown pass to senior star wide receiver Cody Hagen.
Since his first offer from BYU, Wilson has landed offers from San Jose State, Weber State, and Oregon from the Pac-12 Conference.
