SALT LAKE CITY – Former BYU Cougars and current Washington Commanders wide receiver and specialist Dax Milne joined the Yards After College podcast to discuss his progression in the NFL.

Prior to Week 11 of the 2022 NFL season, the former Bingham High standout joined Kyle Ireland and Sam Farnsworth for a quick conversation about Milne’s time in the league.

During the conversation, Milne, now in his second professional season, talked about his progress in the NFL.

“I’d say the biggest progression for me has been recognizing defenses,” The former BYU star said on the Yard After College podcast. “Especially in the run game. That’s been mainly the role that I’ve been taking on is being a good blocker for this team, and then seizing any opportunity I have on in the pass game. But for the run game, it’s been a great learning process recognizing, you know, who’s who on defense and knowing the right technique.”
