After entering the portal over the weekend, Utah basketball forward Keanu Dawes has withdrawn his name from the NCAA Transfer Portal.
As Alex Jensen and his staff rebuild the roster, Dawes’s apparent return gives Utah a foundational piece with which to move forward.
Dawes is coming off a double-double performance of 19 points and 11 rebounds against Butler in the opening round of the College Basketball Crown Tournament.
The sophomore forward averaged 8.0 points and 6.3 rebounds while shooting 60% from the field.
