Judge Memorial Standout Kaden Elliss Snags Second Career Interception

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Judge Memorial High standout linebacker Kaden Elliss grabbed his first interception of the season in the first half of the Atlanta Falcons’ game against the San Francisco 49ers.
On the play, Mac Jones looked to Jauan Jennings across the middle of the field, but he dropped it, and Elliss was there to clean up the mess.

Heading into the week seven matchup, Elliss had five forced turnovers in his career. Just one of those was an interception, which he snagged in week 17 last season.
It was the sixth interception of the season for Atlanta. Xavier Watts has two, and three other players each have one.
Through three quarters against San Francisco, Elliss led the Falcons’ defense with seven total tackles (four solo).
About Kaden Elliss
Elliss’ father, Luther, played college football at the University of Utah and in the NFL as a member of the Detroit Lions and Denver Broncos. He is currently the defensive tackles coach for the Utes’ football program.
Prior to his time in the NFL, the Salt Lake City native was a standout playing for the Judge Memorial Bulldogs.
After high school, Elliss played college football for the Idaho Vandals. He played at Idaho from 2014-18.
Following his college career, Elliss was selected by the Saints with the No. 244 overall pick during the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He played in New Orleans from 2019 to 2022.
In 2023, he signed with the Falcons on a three-year deal.
During his NFL career, the linebacker has posted 401 total tackles, 238 solo tackles, 18.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and nine pass breakups in 87 games played.
