SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Jazz defeated the Golden State Warriors behind 102 points from Utah’s starting lineup led by Donovan Mitchell and Bojan Bogdanovic.

Utah defeated Golden State 114-106 at Vivint Smart Home Arena on Friday, December 13.

Mitchell and Bogdanovic combined for 60 points in the win. Every Jazz starter scored in double figures against the Dubs.

Bogdanovic led all scorers with 32 points on 8-18 shooting. It was the forward’s fifth 30 point game of the season.

He set a career-high and tied a Jazz franchise record for the most made three-point field goals in a game with eight triples. Bogdanovic joined Randy Foye, Rodney Hood, and Jeff Hornacek as the only Jazzmen to reach the single-game mark.

“I’m so happy for Bogey,” said Mitchell after the win. “He’s a hell of a player, and once he just goes out and just shoots it and doesn’t worry about anything else, he’s damn near automatic.”

Mitchell posted 28 points on 10-19 field goals. The Jazz star added 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, and a block.

Rudy Gobert recorded his ninth consecutive double-double with 15 points and 15 boards.

Joe Ingles had 13 points in his fifth start in a row. He had a game-high 8 assists.

Royce O’Neale posted 14 points on 6-11 shooting. The Jazz forward added 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and a steal.

The Jazz came back from down 13 points in the second half to get the eight point victory.

Utah outshot the Warriors 46.8 percent to 45.1 percent on field goals and 42.1-31.0 on three-pointers.

Former Jazzman Alec Burks led the Warriors with 24 points on 10-16 FG. Burks added 5 boards and 3 assists in 30 minutes.

Golden State was without Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Eric Paschall.

Utah played its fifth consecutive game without point guard Mike Conley who is recovering from a hamstring injury.

The Jazz improved to 15-11 and 10-3 at home with the victory.

Golden State fell to 5-22 and 3-13 away from the Bay Area. They currently own the worst record in the NBA.

The Jazz have a few days off before hosting the Orlando Magic on Tuesday, December 17 at 7 p.m. (MDT).
