BYU Basketball Gets Revenge, Defeats Utah To Extend Winning Streak

PROVO, Utah – BYU basketball got revenge on Utah and continued their winning streak as they rose to the challenge at Marriott Center in an 85-74 win on Saturday.
The Utes made it tough on the Cougars, stringing together multiple runs throughout the game and dominating the rebound battle. However, empty possessions came back to bite them as seven more turnovers resulted in 12 more points off turnovers for BYU.
The Cougars put together an all-around scoring game with five players reaching double figures. Three Utes surpassed 10 points with Miro Little leading all scorers at 21.
After tonight’s result, BYU will enter the Big 12 Tournament as the four-seed and the Utes will have the 11-seed.
