BYU, Utah State Receive Bids To National Invitation Tournament

SALT LAKE CITY – BYU and Utah State received bids to the 32-team NIT. It’s not the NCAA Tournament, but both teams will get the chance to continue playing games in front of their fans.
At 22-10 overall on the season, BYU received a 2-seed and will host Long Beach State from the Big West Conference. The Aggies finished 18-15 on the year and seventh place in the Mountain West Conference. Utah State landed a four-seed in the bottom right bracket and will host Oregon from the Pac-12 in the Spectrum.

BYU’s home game against Long Beach will be on Wednesday, March 16 at 7 p.m. on ESPN’s digital platform, ESPN+, which requires a monthly paid fee.

Utah State versus Oregon tips at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15 at 7 p.m. on the linear ESPN.
