Aggie’s Dominik Eberle Named Mountain West Player Of The Week

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Dominik Eberle, placekicker for the Utah State Aggies was named the Mountain West player of the week on special teams for his contributions in the Aggie’s win over San Diego State.
This weekend’s game was the first time Utah State has beaten the Aztecs in 52 years.
Eberle hit three out of four field goals and went two for two on extra points. His longest field goal of the night clocked in at 32 yards.
Eberle’s 280 career yardage puts him at third place for Utah State history.

The Game
The Aggies were led to victory by running back Jaylen Warren, who had 74 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries.
USU QB Jordan Love completed 30/47 pass attempts for 293 yards.
The Aggies outgained the Aztecs by 4 yards, 376-372.
Utah State moves to a record of 2-1 with the win.
Their next game is on September 28 at 5:30 p.m. against the Colorado State Rams. The Aggies will host the Rams in Logan at Maverik Stadium. The game is available on CBS Sports Network and 1280 AM.
