Jamaal Williams, Kyle Van Noy Talk Holy War On Big Noon Kickoff

PROVO, Utah – The FOX Big Noon Kickoff crew welcomed former BYU and longtime NFL players Kyle Van Noy and Jamaal Williams onto the set for some Holy War discussion Saturday morning.

No. 15 BYU hosts No. 23 Utah at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday, October 18. Kickoff is at 6 p.m. MT on FOX.

“We do have respect for them. Kyle Whittingham has done a great job. Urban Meyer did his thing,” Van Noy said when asked what the rivalry means to him. “So we do respect him in that aspect. But it’s Cougar nation all day, every day…”

The raucous crowd drowned out the rest of Van Noy’s comment.

“I love our pretty plays, but sometimes I just want to get greedy in there,” Williams said. “Sometimes let LJ (Martin), let the running back go crazy. Chase (Roberts) is ready to go. I know everybody’s ready to go, and I know Bear is ready to go. I’m just ready to see this offense take over.”
