Holy War Weather Forecast Before No. 15 BYU Hosts No. 23 Utah

PROVO, Utah – The always fickle fall weather will be smiling upon the Provo Valley on Saturday night with clear skies and cool temperatures in a near-perfect weather forecast.
No. 15 BYU hosts No. 23 Utah at LaVell Edwards Stadium in a rivalry week showdown on Saturday, October 18.
“The game of the year is here,” KSL Meteorologist Matt Johnson wrote on Instagram. “After 2 consecutive weekends of wet weather, we will see Mother Nature cooperate. The KSL weather team is calling for dry skies and winning weather!”

The Utes jumped back into the Top 25 this week after back-to-back blowout wins. Utah throttled West Virginia 48-14 on the road before returning home to hand No. 21 Arizona State a 42-10 loss. The team’s only loss was a 34-10 setback against then-No. 17 Texas Tech.
BYU is off to a 6-0 start, marking the first time in program history that they have opened consecutive seasons with six straight wins. The 3-0 start to Big 12 play includes wins over Colorado, West Virginia, and a come-from-behind, double-OT win at Arizona.
