SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Utes rolled through Baylor over the weekend, leaning on a dominant rushing attack and true freshman QB Byrd Ficklin for repeated big plays.
Utah traveled to Waco, Texas, and thrashed the helpless Baylor Bears 55-28. The win improved the Utes to 8-2 and 5-2 in Big 12 play with two games left in the regular season.

His 166 yards on the ground topped his previous program single-game QB rushing record of 151 earlier this season against Colorado.
