KSL Sports Zone announces new talent, refreshed line up

Salt Lake City, Utah — April 20, 2026 — KSL Sports Zone (KZNS) today announced a refreshed weekday talk radio lineup designed to deliver even more in‑depth sports coverage, expert analysis, and engaging conversation for fans across Utah. The new schedule officially launches on Monday, April 20.
Beginning that day, listeners can tune in to the following weekday lineup:
- 6–10 AM: DJ & PK
The long-running morning duo continues to anchor the day with breaking sports news, interviews, and their signature mix of insight and humor.
- 10 AM–2 PM: Scotty G. and The Coach
Scott Garrard teams up with Tim LaComb, bringing together two respected voices with deep ties to Utah’s sports landscape.
- 2–6 PM: Jake and Ben
Jake Scott and Ben Anderson close out the afternoon with sharp analysis, big picture conversations, and the latest on local and national sports stories.
The addition of Tim LaComb marks a significant moment for the station’s midday programming.
“Tim LaComb brings years of coaching experience and an infectious positive energy that has helped him build authentic relationships with some of the biggest names in sports,” said KSL Sports Zone Program Director Lloyd Cole. “That coupled with the continued charismatic brilliance of Scott Garrard will provide the listener with an incredible show the likes of which has never been witnessed here in Utah.”
In addition, Jake Scott returns to afternoon drive for the first time since 2021, this time with KSL Sports Zone Utah Jazz Insider Ben Anderson as his co-host. Jake and Ben formed five years ago and occupied the 10 AM – 12 PM time slot on the station.
