Morning weather forecast for October 14, 2026
Big time water totals have been observed across the entire state since last Saturday October 10. Most valleys picking up 1.25-3.00"+ and mountains from north to south picking up 2.00-7.00" of water and some of that fell as snow in the highest peaks! Low pressure will be working through eastern Utah, consequently, the highest totals will be in the eastern half of the state with .25-.50" expected from Vernal to Moab and Monticello. The Wasatch Front and western Utah region will be clearing out as the day progresses with high pressure already settling in by tonight - this high pressure ridge should bring quiet weather through the weekend statewide. – Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 10.14.26
