It's been a wild weather day across Utah with well above normal temperatures, severe thunderstorms, and strong winds. Storms will end this evening, but the wind won't end there. A cold front will slide through northern Utah tonight, keeping winds elevated with gusts up to 30 to 40 mph. The front will weaken overnight as it slides into southern Utah by morning. Temperatures will drop back to normal with lows near 50 degrees and highs in the low 70s Thursday.
